In the many issues of BEHOLD! we have attributed a great deal of the evils we suffer to the purported adoption of the Fourteenth and subsequent Amendments. I have known for some time now that these so-called amendments, provision by provision, violate the laws of the God of Israel, Isaac, and Jacob, but, until I read the case of Roe v. Wade 410 US 113, 35 L. Ed. 2d 147, 93 S. Ct. 705, reh den 410 US 959, 35 L. Ed. 2d 694, 93 S. Ct. 1409, the true satanic power of these perversions of our constitutional form of government did not fully strike me.

For those of you who do not recall, Roe v. Wade was an action brought in the United States District Court, (Northern District of Texas), by an unmarried pregnant woman who wished to terminate her pregnancy by abortion. She wanted, and finally obtained, a declaratory judgment against the validity of a Texas statute making abortion illegal. In effect, this unprecedented case opened the door to invalidation of all State anti-abortion laws, thereby making it legal to kill unborn children throughout the United States.

The summary of this case in the Lawyers Edition 2d reveals:

"...the right to choose whether to have children was protected by the Ninth Amendment, through the Fourteenth Amendment..." Roe v. Wade, 35 L Ed 2d, supra, 147.

We all know that we have the right to determine whether to have children. No one questions that right, nor can anyone question that this right is protected from national intervention by the Ninth Article in Amendment. But, we also know that we exercise that right of determination with the first act of marriage, consummation. Thereafter, intervention is left to God and God alone. Once the child is conceived there can be no legitimate intervention by man.

The Fourteenth Amendment perversion, so destructively asserted in this case, is that we may exercise determination even after God's will has caused conception of the child. In Roe v. Wade five Justices of the United States Supreme court assume the powers of God by declaring that the course of His will can be changed, by the murder of the unborn child.

A close reading of the Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1, shows us how these Justices found justification in murdering unborn children. First, look at who the Fourteenth Amendment protects: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof ..." are considered citizens. The only exception to this rule is those who have citizenship as members of the "posterity" as noted in the Preamble to the United States Constitution. [Dred Scott v. Sandford, (1856), 19 How. (60 U.S.) 393, 15 L.Ed. 691. Van Valkenburg v. Brown, (1872), 43 Cal. 43, 47.]

The unborn child obviously does not fall in the class of citizen recognized by the Fourteenth Amendment. Only the "born" or "naturalized" are included.

Throughout the concurring opinions of Roe v. Wade the only concern of the justices was the safety of the mother carrying the unborn child. If the abortion could be had without severely endangering the mother, then the abortion was to be allowed. Clearly, the mother must have been considered a citizen within the purview of the Fourteenth Amendment, while the unborn child was not. None of the concurring opinions give any consideration to the safety of the unborn child.

"BURGER, Ch. J., concurring, agreed that under the Fourteenth Amendment, the Texas criminal abortion statutes impermissably limited performance of abortions necessary to protect the health of pregnant women ..." Roe v. Wade, 35 L. Ed 2d, surpa, 148.

"STEWART, J., concurring, agreed that the Texas abortion statute directly infringed the right asserted by the appellant to terminate her pregnancy, which right was within the personal liberty protected by the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment." (Ibid.)

It is gratifyingly noted that Rehnquist, J., our latest Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, refused to join the baby killers and dissented to the judgment of the majority.

Under the Ninth Article in Amendment we have the absolute right of determination, provided that our determinations do not injure another. The Ninth Article in Amendment protects only those Citizens declared in the Preamble to the Constitution and the rest of the original U.S. Constitution. No full fledged Citizen has the right to act immorally, without suffering the consequences of his action, the Ninth Article in Amendment notwithstanding. The Constitution was adopted by a Christian nation to perpetuate Christian principles, and punishment for immoral conduct, which causes injury to "We the People" or their "posterity", is a Christian principle.

The purpose of forming the United States government is clearly stated in the Preamble to the Constitution for the United States of America. The Constitution for the United States of America was adopted not only for the protection of the people then living (i.e. WE THE PEOPLE) but also for protection of their POSTERITY.

The posterity begins not with birth, but at conception of the child. This principal is clearly stated in the Holy Bible. Thus once a child is conceived, that child is a potential Citizen as contemplated within the Preamble as the "posterity" and comes under its protection. This is a distinction that the Fourteenth Amendment does not have.

"Life is a gift which man has received from God, and which society incessantly endeavors to secure to him, even before he is born, from the very instant he exists in ventre sa me`re. The law does not alone punish the homicide of a man who is born, but it punishes as a misdemeanor, whoever has procured the criminal abortion of a woman quick with child, even with her consent. And though the mother appears to have some rights over the foetus, which is yet a part of herself, she is punishable for attempting its life.

"An infant in ventre sa me`re, or in its mother's womb, is considered as having the rights of a man born, whenever it is for the interest of his life or his preservation that he should so be. It is for this reason that if a woman quick with child should be capitally convicted, her execution will be delayed until after her confinement. 1 Bouvier's Institutes of American Law, (1851) No. 203, pp 86, 87.

Under the Preamble, an unborn child, being a member of the posterity, is as protected as the child already born. Since the Fourteenth Amendment only considers those already born as protected, the Christian principles of the Preamble are destroyed through purview of the Fourteenth Amendment.

The posterity, noted in the Preamble to the Constitution for the United States of America, only makes reference to members of the white race. [Dred Scott v. Sandford 19 How. 393, supra] Those of the Preamble who have not subjected themselves to the Fourteenth and subsequent Amendments cannot lawfully destroy their posterity, born or unborn. But, the fact is that the greater portion of the white race in the United States has subjected itself to the venue and jurisdiction of the Fourteenth Amendment. Admittedly, this was accomplished via fraud, but until the fraud has been effectively exposed and asserted in the courts, the presumption will remain.

As Christians, we have seen enough to know that much of our society is based in satanic law. This is not the first time the Israelite nations have committed sacrifice of their children to Satan and his imaginations (images). Today, the American people again sacrifice their children to the devil, and they are led to do this by the so-called Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, in the name of equality of all races, colors, and creeds.

"34 They did not destroy the nations, concerning whom the Lord commanded them: 35 But were mingled among the heathen, and learned their works. 36 And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them. 37 Yea they sacrifice their sons and their daughters unto devils, 38 And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrifice unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood. 39 Thus were they defiled with their own works: and went whoring with their own inventions. 40 Therefore was the wrath of YHWH kindled against his people: insomuch that he abhorred his own inheritance. 41 And he gave them into the hand of the heathen; and they that hated them, ruled over them. 42 Their enemies also oppressed them: and they were brought into subjection under their hand. 43 Many times did he deliver them: but they provoked him with their counsel, and were brought low for their iniquity." Psalms 106

Now compare the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendment to the sin of Israel.

This also applies to Christianity in general. Do not forget the words of our Lord and Savior JESUS the CHRIST as he spoke to a woman of the Canaanites:

"I am not sent, but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel." Matthew 15:24.

Who is the house of Israel? Who are the lost sheep? David was an Israelite, and when confronted by Goliath of Goth, the Philistine, David's race is revealed.

"41 And the Philistine came on and drew near unto David, and the man that bare the shield, went before him. 42 And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance." Samuel 17

David was a youth, who showed blood in the face, (i.e. was ruddy, blushed), and had light colored skin (fair countenance). Yes! The House of Israel and the white race are of the same posterity.

Many patriots today are using Title 42 USC Sections 1981 to 1985, and Title 18 USC Sections 241 to 245, to prosecute cases against the government. These statutes are codifications of the first civil rights statutes of Congress and find their authoritative basis in the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, Fifteenth Amendments. Many of us, being without knowledge have thought that the civil rights statutes are proper authority to protect the inalienable rights of the posterity mentioned in the Preamble to the Constitution for the United States of America. We have been taught a lie, by those who follow the father of the first lie, the devil.

The civil rights statutes and amendments are exactly the form of satanic law that condones murder of the white posterity (that is, the posterity noted in the Preamble) every day.

Many so-called leaders in the Christian patriot movement teach our people to sin by telling them to claim the protection of Satan's law. If anything ever proved to me that these so-called Amendments, and the statutes made in pursuance thereof, are satanic law, then Row v. Wade is at the top of the list.

"Ye cannot drink the cup of YAH, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of YHWH'S table, and the table of devils." 1 Corinthians 10:21.

When Christ was confronted, and called Beelsebub, for casting out devils, he made it clear that the devil will never be cast out by the devil, (e.g. satanic law will not cast out satanic law).

"25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself, is brought to desolation: and every city or house divided against itself, shall not stand. 26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand. 27 And if I by Beelsebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. 28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. 29 Or else, how can one enter into a strong mans house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man, and then he will spoil his house. 30 He that is not with me, is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad." Matthew 12

It is simple to see that the devil cannot be resisted by use of his own perversions. If we do not use those laws of men that are consistent with the laws of God, where will we find a defense against the devil's law? Only divine law will overthrow Satan. Either we gather with Christ or we gather with the devil!

If we wish to return our nation to God's Law we must consistently adhere to his laws to obtain our goal. You cannot come into the courts with unclean hands and assert the purity and power of God's Law. If ye be of Satan's government can ye challenge Satan? If ye have availed yourself of the benefits and privileges of the Beast System, have not repudiated same, and continue to this very hour in that manner; then how is it that ye challenge the authority of Satan's law?

"14 If my people which are called by my Name, shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways: then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attend unto the prayer that is made in this place. 16 For now have I chosen and sanctified his house, that my Name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually. 17 And as for thee, if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded thee, and shalt observe my Statutes, and my Judgments: 18 Then will I establish the throne of thy kingdom, according as I have covenanted with David thy father, saying, here shall not fail thee a man to be ruler in Israel." 2 Chronicles. 7

But, if we continue to adhere to the satanic perversions of our Christian Law, we will be punished more than we are now.

"19 But if ye turn away and forsake my Statutes and my Commandments which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods, and worship them; 20 Then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my land which I have given them, and this house which I have sanctified for my Name, will I cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a proverb, and a by-word among all nations. 21 And this house which is high, shall be an astonishment to every one that passeth by it; so that he shall say; Why hath the Lord done thus unto this land, and unto this house? 22 And it shall be answered, Because they forsook the Lord God, of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshiped them, and served them: Therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them" II Chronicles 7

How can we claim protection from law which allows all creeds to sit in our government, and to rule over the land of Israel, without suffering this punishment? How can we adhere to a "due process of law" (Fourteenth Amendment) which allows sacrifice of our children to devils?

"14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with the infidel? 16 And what agreement hath the Temple of God with idols? for ye are the Temple, as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them, and I will be their God and they shall be my people. 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing and I will receive you, 18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty." 2 Corinthians 6

We cannot let those, who would condone using the very law that sacrifices our children, deceive us into following their ways.

"6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. 7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them. 8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light, 9 (For the fruit of the spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth.) 10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord: 11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them." Ephesians 5

We have all made mistakes and I am ashamed to admit that I have made the mistake of using civil rights law as a defense in the distant past. But I know as I turn away from my mistakes and proceed correctly I am healed.

"13 There is no temptation taken you, but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able: but will with the temptation also make way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." 1 Corinthians 10

We know there is a continual fight between good and evil, in this country, as in the world. In this country we can clearly see the fight within our own laws (e.g. the evil of the Fourteenth Amendment which allows unborn children to be killed, versus, the intended good of the Preamble which protects the unborn children of Israel.)

It is clear that those who stand for the equal race, color, creed and sex doctrine of the Thirteenth and subsequent Amendments stand with Justice Burger to sacrifice the innocents to devils and to perpetuate the evils of this "due process" of the Fourteenth Amendment.

For those who oppose the Preamble and claim that the one race principle of the Preamble to the Constitution for the United States of America is of Beelsebub, let them be then judged by whom they cast out devils. Matthew 12:22.

There is no way around the facts. If you hate those who lead our people (Israel) to sacrifice their children unto devils, you also hate the so-called due process of equal rights legislation. If you love equal rights legislation, with its so-called due process of law, then, you are also a baby killer. You can't have one without the other.

Let us never hear the civil rights cry of "equality" spoken from the mouth of a pro-life advocate again, least we be called hypocrites.

For those who knowingly pretend to overcome the devil with his own power, those who would lead our people Israel astray, I leave only the words of our God and Savior JESUS the CHRIST.

"7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, 8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips: but their heart is far from me. 9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. 10 And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear and understand. 11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man: but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man. 12 Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended after they heard this saying? 13 But he answered, and said Every plant which my heavenly father hath not planted, shall be rooted up." Matthew 15

For those deceived:

"Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the Sadducees." Matthew 16:6.

For the Rabbi's, disguised or otherwise:

"She'nie', der goyan schlaufen nicht mehr!"
